The medical assistant and the Doctor were great with my 4 year old son who is terrified of shots. Barely any wait at all while the receptionist put in our info, we walked out happy and with a lollipop. Clean, fast, friendly, efficient.

I had a terrible experience despite friendly staff. I had been to my doctor first then sent to the hospital for labs. The hospital drew my blood quickly without problem but I had to call around to have another draw for one of the labs the hospital couldnu2019t run. This office told me they could do the specific lab, I even gave them the specific codes for the lab for them to confirm before I came there. After the medical assistant and physician had stuck me 6+ times and blew 6 separate veins with 20 gauge needles, they told me they couldnu2019t get it and I began to cry. I was frustrated because not only had they blown my veins but they clearly didnu2019t know how to draw blood (neither physician or assistant) and shouldnu2019t have pretended like they knew how to. The physician buttonholed my skin AND went back in, poked multiple times with the same needle, I had to remind them to clean before poking, and they should have been using butterfly needle in the first place. Thankfully they attempted one more time, which I had to put on a glove and help them successfully stick myself (Iu2019m a past ICU nurse and will be a physician in a few months). The thing that really sets me off and the reason I leave this review is that two days later I called for lab results and was told they actually couldnu2019t run the lab so the entire experience of being a pin cushion was all for naught. Of note, I have never been a difficult stick! I had to go to another lab and my blood was drawn for the lab within seconds without any veins being blown. While the ladies were nice, they shouldnu2019t be giving false information (thinking they could run certain labs) or sticking people with needles without more practice. Please consider going elsewhere. Pics are from 4 days after the incident.
