Great price for rental properties. I'm looking to find a home within a reasonable price range and GreenGate had a great option. I am looking so my 2 oldest sons can start out as roommates and put to all the life tools I've given them to be successful in life. Instead of encouraging them to go their own way, I figured they can rent a place together and ease into adulthood by sharing responsibilities. I never want my children to be homeless so if they step out small and learn together they'll learn for the long hall! GreenGate property management had a couple of great options to choose from!

I had a disappointing experience with GreenGate Property Management. After scheduling a viewing for a rental property, they called me the day before to cancel, stating that no one was available to show the house. I was not notified that the property was no longer for rent, and I suspect they just wanted to rack up application fee money. Communication was poor, and the entire process felt unprofessional. I would caution others to be wary when dealing with this company.

Not sure why this company has such low ratings. They took over the fourplex I live in about a year ago and have done a great job. Their communication is excellent and they get things taken care of in a very timely manner unlike the property management company we had before.
