Pretty good service.nPros: 1) Never too crowded. 2) Fast. You won't be waiting forever. 3) The Doctors are nice and knowledgeable. You don't feel like you're getting a cheap or fake stand-in. 4) Nice location. 5) Nice-looking office. 6) Good hours 8am-8pm. everyday. 7) Self check-in thru phone app.nnCons: 1) The customer service staff could be nicer and more professional. I don't need to hear your personal cell conversations, or here your Drake rap music from your phone. 2) Self check-in app could be better explained. They assume you know what to do and how to navigate it with little explanation. Overall a good place to go if you're having a minor medical issue and don't wanna wait 6 hrs. in a Hospital ER lobby.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am for the services I received today. The entire staff was kind and caring. You don't experience that often in these days. I came to urgent care after cutting the bottom of my foot and still feeling pain after 2 weeks concerned that there may be glass in my foot. The doctor accessed the situation and was up front and honest about the outcomes. We all know that some urgent care doctors treat easy patients but will write referrals to specialist or discharge you only to tell you to go to the ER for patients that presents a challenge. That was not the case with me, and I definitely presented a challenge. The doctor was patient and persistent with her efforts for treating my foot. She spent well over 45 minutes scraping the skin under my foot until she was able to get the glass out of my foot. I was able to walk out of urgent care without anymore pain.

Everything was phenomenal my daughter felt comfortable and didnu2019t have a complaint. Staff was wonderful and the wait time was acceptable. My family and I have been coming here since the pandemic and still comes whenever thereu2019s an urgent matter. Truly grateful for the team

Good location with easy parking. Receptionist was efficient & friendly. Medical assistant was also friendly & thorough with her duties. Very short wait for the doctor to come in & examine me. All my concerns were addressed and I was on my way out in no time!

Great appointment overall. Was waiting in the waiting room and having a pleasant conversation with the receptionist. Shortly after, was sent back to my room. Medical assistant, very nice. The doctor came in and was very thorough. She made me feel at ease and really cared about my concerns. She ran all the tests and gave me the results. I was referred to a specialist. Thank you for making it a positive experience.
