I went here yesterday for a tailbone injury and everyone was so nice. I made my appointment and did the paperwork online, so when I arrived I just had to show my insurance card. Check in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was polite. The wait time was not long and every staff member I met, from the nurse, to the guy who did my X-ray, to the nurse practitioner were very kind and courteous of my pain. It hurts to sit and get up from sitting and they even offered me a cushion. They communicated with me throughout the whole appointment, so that I always knew what was going on. I wouldnu2019t hesitate to go here again if I needed to!

I usually have a very great experience here for myself and my children. My mom was sick, however, and I called to get an appt while driving there because the app wouldn't allow me to make an appt for her. I called around 8:05pm no one answered the phone until 8:13 pm. I was then informed they refused to see her as a walk-in, and they stop taking appt at 8:12 pm. How convenient that the rude woman on the phone didn't answer it until after 8:12 pm.nnI ended up taking her to the ER down the street. I couldn't put off her symptoms to wait for a doctor's appt in person, but it wasn't necessarily an emergency either. I definitely didn't have the option of waiting until the next day.nnThe front desk staff is rude, deliberately put off answering the phone, and dismissed my concerns. The average appt is usually 30 mins. I was already on Stringtown when she finally answered they could've taken care of her before 9 pm.

I was able to make an appointment for a Sunday evening online. Through the app I was able to sign the necessary paperwork and submit my insurance before arriving so the process when I arrived was simply check in and sit down. I was only waiting for a few minutes before I was taken back to a room and seen immediately. Dr. York was friendly and knowledgeable. Although I had never seen him before he was aware of my allergy to a common antibiotic and was able to prescribe something that worked for me. I would certainly recommend this urgent care due to the wonderful staff, clean facility, hours of operation and ease of booking. Best urgent care experience Iu2019ve had in recent years. Thank you!

I pay out of pocket even though I have insurance during my appointment the doctor like why donu2019t you get insurance because I asked the price with and without insurance because it is cheaper sometimes when walking in they took me straight back for X-rays without me even seeing the doctor and rechecking my wrist. I declined the X-rays that were already clean the last time I got them so no reason to pay for another set a lot of healthcare companies do it to up charge I feel like the money was more important during my visit vs me actually being in pain and needed guidance on my option for having tendinitis. It should not matter how I pay as long as I paid. As a fellow healthcare worker this sucks because I felt because how I paid I was being judged and I even heard staff in the hall talking about it if I was someone else I would find somewhere else where they put patient above payments.
