Let me just start off with saying that I have been with the Simple Clinic for 3 years and this is not a one time experience. I was greeted by the front staff on the phone and this sweet soul made sure I was accommodated she went over and beyond what is required to get the information needed. I am grateful that the staff want to be there and truly have the costumer in mind when the are assisting them with any medical concerns.

I had an appointment 4/30/24 and they saved my life!!!!nnOn 2/19/24 and fell and hit my head. NHAF an appointment at Simple Clinic on 4/30 and they immediately noticed that was not well. They called my father, my emergency contact , and I was diagnosed with a subdermal hematoma; my brain has been bleeding over two months!!!nnIu2019m ok now but if the staff at Simple Climic had not intervened I would have died!!!nnTHANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!u2764ufe0fud83dude4fud83cudffb

I absolutely adore my PCP, Heather. I never have an issue getting an appointment and I couldnu2019t be happier with the care I receive. Sheu2019s a wonderful listener and takes care of my family in a timely manner. Christine in the Fayetteville office is also an asset to their team. Her bubbly personality and bright smile are a great start to every visit.

Hancock staff the nurse the fantastic best. Literally saved my life! No long wait. Nice and clean. Answers any questions and really listens. And I would recommend all to this office.
