I cant stress enough just how awful this pathetic company is. After many years of dedicated service, they allowed a racist manager to formulate a series of lies to fire me. They then stole from me by not allowing me to gather my belongings before I left, and the racist threw away many of my personal items. If you utilize this company, florida blue, or any of there other shady companies, you are supporting racism, theft, heartlessness, and outright lies.

They do not care about work-life balance, but will say they do. I quit as fast as I could, once I landed a promotion someplace else. Hostile work environment was my experience.

My sister went to Guidewell on W Colonial in Ocoee on Monday, May 2, 2022 with stroke symptoms, she was advised that her prescription would be sent to her preferred pharmacy. Her husband went to the pharmacy later that day and was informed that there were no ordered prescription for her. She called Guidewell on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 and informed the staff about her prescription not being sent. The rude person that she spoke to informed her u201cthat if she could follow instructions she would have her medication.u201d It is two (2) days of suffering from multiple symptom and the medical center was making the lack of care her fault. Again, (day three (3) Wednesday, May 4, 2022) she reaches out to the medical center again because she is still suffering from masses pressure in her head and vomiting times 3 days. This time she speak with staff member and they told to tell her pharmacy to call the other pharmacy and have it transferred, again they are not displaying customer care and well a medical professionalism to a suffering patient. Telling her to come in on Thursday, May 5, 2022 to get a copy of the prescription since she is is incapable of following instructions. My sister then requested the corporate office number and was given a number to an office (janitor office) located in the medical center. I am sure if the staff there had a parent, spouse or even child they would want their family member treated better. I wish their was a negative star on the review chart because they donu2019t even warrant 1 star because she has be treated badly and rudely by staff. I pray that she doesnu2019t died before she can get the medications needed. I am writing this review because I am sure she isnu2019t the only patient receiving this horrible treatment. I would like for this medical center do their job and help the sick, I wouldnu2019t recommend this medical center to my most hated enemy.

Great experience. They spent a lot of time with me reviewing my home insurance policy and recommended several changes to provide me with better coverage at the same rate I was paying previously with another company.

One of their drivers cut in front of me getting on jtb in Jax FL.... Brake checked me twice and threw on his hazards then proceeded to speed off..... They are going to get you sued!!!! He is lucky I was able to get his license plate number!!!!!!
