I had a great experience at Guilford County Public Health. The nurses and staff were very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent care. The facility was clean, and the process was smooth and efficient. I appreciate their dedication to the community and would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of public health care.

When Iu2019m in the WIC office itu2019s great, usually not there for hours. But Iu2019ve tried calling the WIC portion of building and any extension except for clinic hours doesnu2019t work. Iu2019ve had to call 5 times and so still can talk to an actual human being.

THIS THE WORST PLACE EVER! I DONT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTHu203cufe0fu203cufe0fu203cufe0fMy sister came in today to get her nexplanon removed, as well insert a new one, but the nurse who claim she was u201cthe best doctor hereu201d struggled with taking the implant out and left my sister bleeding for 1hour, she then proceed to lied and mock my sister English and told her that itu2019s perfectly fine to leave an old implant if they cannot removed them, she began to insert a new implant on top of the old one (IN THE SAME ARM!) which itu2019s not allow! Iu2019m not a professional but I know for a fact you arenu2019t supposed to do that! My sister later called to schedule for appointment for Monday to have them removed and they had an attitude and got upset & as well mocked the way my sister accent/english. THIS PLACE RACIST AS HELLu203cufe0f and UNPROFESSIONALu203cufe0fnever coming again!

I have bad experience with this unprofessional nurse or whatever she is. I trying to get my old implant removed and replaced new one. She canu2019t remove the old one because last time they placed it too deep and now I just got new implant on same arms with old implant. You not supposed to do that they donu2019t care about their patients I donu2019t recommend coming here.

This place sucks ass. I called at 659am no one answers. I call at 7am to set an appointment just to be told no openings after phone ringing for 6 mins. Then i called today at 7am just to be told the same crap. Cant even get a appointment set up. But they want you to take care of yourself foh. Never dealing with them again.
