Everyone was extremely pleasant. It seems to me like they are extremely busy. It was my first time there, I just came from another state. The doc was nice but he did not examine me which I thought was extremely odd. Did he forget or lazy or....???? Don't know yet

First, they gave me an appointment for the Trinity office. When I arrived, they made a mistake and it was on US 19 Port Richey. When I arrived, there was no system. Second, you have to pay by credit card, even though there was no system. My appointment was for 11:45, and they didn't call me. I told the receptionist, and she said, You arrived early; there are other appointments before you. That's not what appointments are for. But it seems like it was first-come, first-served. Thank God I arrived early and was able to get to the other office. Poor organization. I prefer the Trinity office, which accepts cash payments.

I have been with Dr. Mike for seven years. He is a good doctor, but the way they have their call center. You can never get a hold of a doctor ever. I have tried for five days now to have a doctor. Call me back because the prescription was written wrong. Two weeks ago it took me four days to get a hold of the doctor for an x-ray. The call center just says will leave a message and guess what nobody calls you back Ever. I did a formal complaint when I was there last week and my response was oh I donu2019t know anything about that. I just work here. Their call center is the worst. And it doesnu2019t do anything to complain because nobody really cares because itu2019s not their job.

Canu2019t get ahold of a person who works in the actual office. Youu2019re forced to talk to the staff in the call center and are extremely rude! The Dru2019s arenu2019t terrible but you really have to advocate for yourself because theyu2019re all about seeing the next patient to make more money. They donu2019t give you enough time to really have a thorough visit. This is just a money making place. I get they need to make money but the doctor donu2019t even remember anything about you and itu2019s very impersonal to say the lease.

This place is great. I have never had an issue.Iu2019m guessing thatu2019s because I have normal expectations of what I will be able to get for care at any doctoru2019s office anywhere.Donu2019t let the haters dissuade you from trying out this office. Iu2019ve had zero problems over the past 3 years with Doctor Mike as my PCP and the staff knows me and treats me well because Iu2019m kind and patient with them.Keep in mind that the telephone service is a central service for ALL their locations. Only use it if you need something thatu2019s easy like requesting a refill or a question that has no timely need. If you really need answers now, go to the office. This is the same with any office, anyway.At times this IS a teaching establishment for new LPNs and doctors. Help them learn and grow.Thanks, Mike. This oneu2019s for you.Andrew
