Nancy has a TERRIBLE, mean ATTITUDE. From the very first phone conversation, throughout my 16+ visits she has always appeared and acted annoyed and dismissive. Even the Dr seemed annoyed and over talked me anytime I began to express my concerns. The only lady that showed any concern with a friendly attitude and upbeat spirit is Ms Sue/Susan. So glad I was finally released. I would never go there again, disgusting behavior.

The clinic itself is okay. I don't go to a clinic or hospital and expect friendliness, because I don't know how to read most people anyway. I've seen better bathrooms at a gas station. The water is turned off to discourage certain people from trying to dilute their urine samples. There shouldn't be splashes all over the floor.

When I first got there to sign in the lady was very friendly she said hello and asked me to sign in The service with the doctor was OK but when I got to the desk to check out the young lady was very rude and unfriendly she never greeted me she had a frown on her face she took my Copayment I paid her she didn't say thank you she gave me my appointment card and my prescription and my receipt she didn't say thank you I call the Office manager and complain she said she would talk to her but every time I come back in there she still have a nasty attitude

Most of the people are helpful and friendly
