The 3 staff members that my husband and I encountered were all very kind and supportive. I went because I thought I had a piece of glass in my finger. So they sent me to have x-rays and sure enough, I did have a 2 cm long piece of glass in my finger. Crazy thing was, my husband and I were able to remove it last night When it shifted a bit and we could see the tip at the wound site.

Thank you to all the ladies that helped with my sonu2019s care today. The receptionist Shaneka was very nice and helpful in making sure that all my paperwork was completed correctly and on time. The MA/X-Ray tech Chelsea took great care of my son and made sure that all of his vitals were taken and also made him feel very comfortable. The provider Mrs. Brittany is the best!! She was very caring and friendly and my son felt extremely comfortable while she was providing care to him. So, thank you ladies for taking great care of my son today. I truly appreciate you all and the compassion you have for your patients truly shows. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

She did nothing just said I have anxiety.nWait time was long. Kids running in and out of the office and waiting area.nI am genuinely concerned for the progression of these NEW symptoms, and experience enough anxiety that has never triggered this.nI cannot breathe. Itu2019s getting worse. And because itu2019s getting so bad I chose care. I have plenty of psychiatrists and therapists that have never diagnosed me with this for years.nI said u201cit is what it is.u201dnShe just wasnu2019t having it. I explained all new symptoms. New. Iu2019m dizzy. I canu2019t breathe off and on. I donu2019t feel safe to drive. She told me to go to another asthma clinic for testing I guess so thatu2019s something.nI think it would be nice if urgent care would tell someone theyu2019re not able to get help for certain problems, because she told me there was nothing she could do.nMy vision is messing up as Iu2019m typing this and Iu2019m very light headed. I just feel very defeated.nFront desk was very kind. And the tech.nIu2019ll go to the hospital I guess.

10/10 experience. Appt booking was easy, check-in was easy, and everybody was amazing. The nurses were all friendly and knowledgeable . They made the first interaction so smooth. My provider, Brittany Benton, was even better. She was knowledgeable, willing to run any test and answer any question. She was determined to help figure out a sore throat, fever, cough etc to make sure i got what i needed! She was also funny and friend-like. Definitely recommend this as an urgent care pre routine clinic. They make it where you donu2019t mind being there and that helps a lot when youu2019re already feeling sick . this was my first visit and i will definitely come back if needed!

I went in to get a COVID test so I could return to work. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The receptionist and nurse were super friendly. The APRN made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend.
