I have not had a good experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff is extremely slow! I walked in at 8:05am. One person was in front of me. By 8:30am the front desk staff was still not done entering their information into the computer. I had to get to work and did not have another 30 minutes to wait for her to get to enter my information! By the time she finished entering the information we all could have been evaluated by a provider. Also- not very pleasant when I arrived. I asked her how long of a wait and she laughed at me and would not respond to me. She eventually acknowledged me and said I was second in line. Overall not pleased and itu2019s unfortunate because it looks clean and nice so if the staff worked more efficiently it would probably be a nice urgent care.

I recently had a very poor experience here. I called ahead of time to try and schedule an appointment. I was informed they did not take appointments so I went as a walk in. I arrived to the practice and was brought back into a room. I was told someone would be with me shortly. After an hour of waiting I walked around to see if they had forgotten about me. I finally found someone, who said I was next. After I waited another hour, someone came back into my room and told me I would not be seen today and that I need to make an appointmentu2026 They wasted 2 hours of my life that I will never get back. Very unorganized, they clearly do not care about the needs of their patients, and I will not be looking to go here for any help. Hope this helps!

I was happy with the nurses! I rolled my ankle and heard a Crack xrays were taken, and I had torn ligaments. I felt dismissed by the dr. When I explained that I had 2 children under 2 at home, and would like a boot to get around, as I could barely put pressure on it without excruciating pain. BTW THIS IS A LEVEL 3 SPRAIN. HE TOLD ME PEOPLE WEAR THE BOOT FOR A FEW HOURS, THEN TAKE IT OFF. THIS DR SPELLMAN DID NOT HELP ME. He literally told me GOODLUCk and sent me on my way. I borrowed a boot from my neighbor and have been able to get around, no thanks to Dr Spellman.

I attend therapy in a calm environment with supportive staff and I feel less stress and anxiety. There were small steps that in turn helped my mental state and living conditions. All of which seemed hard at the time. After resolving how I took what I felt introverted about myself, the group of individuals seeking therapy had insights and supports for sanctuary and peace.

My experience going in was amazing my only problem was in the end when I tried to get answers about what might have caused my problem the doctor just looked very nonchalantly and dismayed and basically didn't know what to say to me want to ask for possible other avenues of what caused my foot to swell to the point of looking like an elephant and then later after coming back with scan saying there were no blood clots I did not get any other type of diagnosis or any possibility of what it could be he simply didn't have any answers so everything else was great and fine except for the final outcome when I tried to say how can I get to the bottom of this I really didn't get any more answers especially since I asked the doctor what it could be diabetes or something else water retention or whatever I never got an answer he just nonchalantly looked up at the sky looked out the window kind of sachet out of the room and nicely said what was good to meet you good luck I was kind of taking it back by the whole thing even though he was very nice professional maybe he was just his way of saying I don't have answers for you go find out yourself I don't know but it was a very bizarre final outcome to the whole situation after getting x-rays and scans of my legs even asking if it could be prediabetes with him shaking his head no and then no other explanation and then just leaving the front office it was a very bizarre response to it all even though he's a very nice man and very professional I just didn't get that type of reaction not even advice to maybe go out and see another doctor or go find out except when you get to LA go look into it from from the receptionist in the front office either way it was a good experience and they're very nice over there like I said my only reaction is the final outcome and no advice no nothing and no real answer to what might have caused my leg to blow up the way it did after it was found out negative there were no blood clots
