I had the Best urgent care experience EVER! FromnThe moment I walked into reception I was greeted with care ! It was no wait time and it was immaculate . The exam roomnWas so comfortable nice music playing and state of the art exam chair. I almost forgot I was so sick The facility is beyond any urgent care I have ever seen . The staff was so professional , accommodating and thorough!!!! I was not made to feel like I was a number !nFrom the vey nice manger on site Eva , the intake nurse who was super sweet-to the doctoru2019s expertise + professional care + bedside manner raised the bar to exceptional for me .nSo glad I walked in from getting off the train and didnu2019t go any further . The attention to my care exceeded my expectations . I recommend 100000 percent ! I will never go anywhere else .

My husband & I had a very good experience there. The nurses, Drs r very professional. Itu2019s just like being in an emergency room but better.. Especially the head nurse who took care of us Eva was very concerned about my husband when she looked at him. He was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in Hoboken nj. They treat for everything. And if they feel u need to go to a hospital, they take care of that also. Itu2019s way better than going to the emergency room at Hoboken University. I will be going there again for emergency reasons. Thank you everyone there. It was an amazing experience.

Iu2019ve been to the place nearly 3 times with different family members and every doctor here is different either one is willing to prescribe you medication or one is sending you home sick as a dog with no medication . Itu2019s horrible they always under staff .nOne minute they take Aetna one minute they donu2019t . The protocols now since I came in on April 14 theyu2019ll take you as a Aetna patient but they wonu2019t bill your insurance so overall your free to get evaluated. only one nurse a little busy but youu2019ll be in and out they arenu2019t in order .
