I had a great experience with NCH Vanderbilt. I am here in Naples for the winter and do not have a local doctor, so this seemed like a good place to start. I registered online, then called. The receptionist confirmed my registration and told me they would call back when I could come in for my appointment. She predicted it would be about a 2-hour wait. In about an hour, I received a call asking me to come in. Once at the office, my wait time was less than 10 minutes. The receptionist and nurse were professional and caring. I was examined by Dr Cox. She was also professional and thorough. She recommended a CT scan, which NCH scheduled for me at a nearby imaging facility. She gave me reference numbers for doctors that I could see to follow up on my scan. Less than an hour later, my scan was complete and I was back home. Later that day, I received a call from NCH Vanderbilt letting me know my scan was clear.nBased on my experience, I would choose to go to this facility again if needed and I would recommend it to others.

I have an ongoing issue that requires me to go back. I have been there four times within one week, and have seen Melissa Macvenn for three of those visits. She is immaculate. she is one of the best providers iu2019ve seen! I work in healthcare care (internist) & to see someone who sees a new patient everyday & act like she known them for years is amazing. I hope NCH recognizes her constantly for her amazing work ethic.

I walked into this urgent care after falling nearby & breaking my lower arm in two places. I clearly needed the ER but wasnu2019t very clear thinking at the time. The Doctor & staff offered to call an ambulance (I refused), took my vitals then wrapped & ice packed my arm which gave me immediate relief while my husband & I continued on to the ER. The care & compassion shown to meu2026.a non patient was incredible. If they were this concerned about me imagine the compassion for their patients. I hope I will not need their services in the future, however, if I do, there will be no other place I will consider going to.

Extremely rude and dismissive staff that will not acknowledge incorrectly listed hours. Their sign says u201cimmediate care,u201d but then will not even give you the time of day unless you schedule an appointment online. That defeats the entire purpose of a walk-in clinic.

Horribly expensive! Beware they Over prescribed medicine, not covered by my insurance. Basic visit charges are super high. Use another urgent care.
