I canu2019t say enough about this practice. My wife started as a patient and I came shortly after that. The staff have always been polite and courteous every time I call or come in. I felt like NP Knight is an amazing practitioner. She is funny, sincere and caring. I would recommend my friends and family to this practice thatu2019s how much I trust them. I am glad to have found this office and look forward to continuing my care with them.

They'll be very kind and personable your first couple of appointments, afterwards you'll struggle to be listened to. I'd recommend somewhere else for primary care, but don't currently have an alternate suggestion. Ongoing care was frustrating and poorly managed- an assistant struggled with taking BP for 10 minutes; the front desk assistant is inconsistently short/rude/doesn't know how to do their work, and it's been at least three different assistants since my first visit; I made an appointment for a diagnosis (I stated what the suspected diagnosis was when the appointment was made) and I was told at the end of the appointment that the nurse cannot diagnose it and a specialist would be required, didn't even look at what the appointment was made for. I hope things improve, I really did have a good experience my first two visits, and had to go back to delete my 5 star glowing review because it's completely inaccurate.

just visited this place and was calling to inquire about my insurance coverage. because my policy. i asked about if i had a co pay on my insurance policy. The young lady informed me that i had a Deductable. and i had to pay a 50 dollar deductable which is not a problem. but while i was calling my insurance to gain clarity. I hear the lady telling the other recoptionist. That if i didnt want to pay the 50 dollars i would have to Bounce which is unprofessional. I was going to pay until the girl kept running her mouth. Sad i want to support black business cause its a Black woman with her own practice but she should hire more professional people. I wont be staying or returning
