I had a wonderful experience when being checked in at your reception area, speaking with the nurse/ MA... they were all extremely friendly.nAlso, my Dr. was excellent. He explained my X rays / procedure that'll be happening. He answered many questions I had while taking his time during my appointment.nnI have one complaint concerning thenX RAY technician. I found her to be very rude..nI had a painful sprain on the top of my foot and she demonstrated zero concern regarding it.nI was rushed during each XRay with her bending my painful foot in different positions.nI understand these needed to be done.nHowever, it would have been nice to be asked if I was ok. Or to take a second to breathe from the pain in between them.nI found her to be very unprofessional!

The best he saw my issues and told me just want the problem was and got to work fixing it very kind and pleasant to be around. I have been going to HROSM for many years & have seen several of their physicians and P.A.s I am currently with Dr.Keller for podiatry issues and he has always been excellent as well as the staff. I have recently begun to see Dr. Bradley and Larry his P.A. & I couldn't ask for better care. I have always been happy with this group and would recommend them for sure

Dr Carter was not only knowledgeable. He had a much deeper heart of compassion and empathy. I felt seen and heard for the first time. Instead of being condemned and judged for my weight, I felt validated for all the countless years of heart-felt service of teaching and caregiving, which ultimately led to my bad hip and knees. Dr. Carter came up with a plan that would help take care and strengthen my whole health. He seemed to really care about me as a person. Surgery was only briefly mentioned as a distant end result. He was more concerned in equipping and making me stronger so I could keep reaching out to help others, which is my heart's desire.nThe nurse even offered someone she knew who helped women who had tried but couldn't take weight loss meds and shots and didn't want surgery for weight control. This was my story. My PCP, whom I respect, hasn't even shown that level of understanding and help.nI shared my experience and recommended Dr. Carter and his staff a couple of times before the day ended.

The office runs like a well-oiled machine. I was called back before my appointment time and had x-rays done quickly. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Carter's PA, Jenna. She was an absolute delight. Dr. Carter recommended treatments before surgery, which is always nice to hear.
