I requested an appointment online through the website - never received any email or communication back in 2 days - then called and got appointment, filled out the patient referral paperwork as the website requested online and faxed it in. Upon early arrival for my appt. I was handed the same form to fill out and I told the staff I already filled it out online and faxed it; they said very curtly that we don't have any forms online- I said yes, you do it's the exact same form. A second staff member said that must be a different one of our offices. We don't have any forms online. I filled out the form again by hand (which hurt my injured hand), and then I showed them the form on their website from my smartphone. I also left the office with no mention of a co-pay, oh well - I think the staff is very badly trained and uninformed. I hope they are more well-informed and pay attention to details for the next patient,

Dr. Odgers performed surgery on my sons finger. My son is doing exceptionally well after surgery. I am very pleased with the service we have received from this office & would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I had an appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 330 and there were 2 people in the waiting room, lots of nursing staff standing around chatting in the back. I get shown to an exam room at 415, and by 459 I still hadn't been seen by ANYONE. I requested a refund of my copay, and they asked me when I'd like to reschedule, as if I'd want to return.

Application alone was $250. Doctor touched the web of finger for 5 seconds and walked out. The nurse placed the 200$ splint and walked out. Such a terrible place to be seen. Lesson learned.
