Hate having to drop into happi health. I am insured so can pick my clinic but I try to keep my healthcare local and not with huge corporations. Every time I have to go to their urgent care though I start questioning my loyalty to local businesses. The service here is always terrible. The staff all act like they hate their job, career choice and patients. I have always had good experiences with their st Clair location. When I make an appt I make it there. If itu2019s something I or my kids have to be seen the day of Iu2019ll try to get a last minute appointment there. My advise would be to avoid happi healths urgent care if you can. The physicians seem to be good at all locations but being stuck in the lobby with their rude, bad attitude receptionists almost make it worth just suffering for a few extra days and making an appt at a different location. I canu2019t think of a time I have had a bad experience with a physician but being stuck in the lobby for 30+ mins listening to the staff complain about patients as soon as they leave the room make me wish I could just wait in my car. They wonu2019t call if you ask. Iu2019ve already tried that approach. This also isnu2019t my first experience with this. Every time I come here I tell myself I need to take the few minutes to write a review and never don I made time today while I waited. Also this is consistently the dirtiest location

After doing business with Dr. Andrews for about 20 years, it saddens me that I now must find a new pediatrician for my children. Dr. Andrewu2019s facility used to be ran very professionally and was a nice, clean, and organized place. But now itu2019s like pulling nails and teeth to get them to answer the phones. The urgent care facility needs to be updated and the staff needs training on customer service and especially medical care and management. I absolutely wouldnu2019t recommend anyone. She needs a team to come in there in bring her practices back to the level of service and expectations that she once had. Get off the phones!!! Be happy about doing your work. Where is the care and concerned? My goodness you all went to school and took classes to be in a field that you chose just to treat patients like trash. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Fantastic clinic! My experience was great. The receptionist was so helpful and nice. The nurse and nurse practitioner were very attentive and made it a great experience. I was in and out in around 30 minutes, they were very efficient. I put off going to an urgent care because I thought I would have to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room, but that wasn't the case here and I'm so glad I went

They took me into registration really fast the staff were really nice and polite. The doctor Megan Gusmus was on point in making sure I had the right medicine and treatment for my severe ear infection. She was super nice and caring and very empathetic of the fact that I have had this ear infection for weeks but had been waiting for my insurance to become active before getting treatment. I couldn't have imagined getting better treatment anywhere else. I would rate them 10 out of 10 and VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you so much to Dr. Gusmus and the staff!

I had very high hopes about going here. I appreciated that all of their signage and forms were bilingual. I like that they had info about free health services, baby supplies, and PrEP displayed in the lobby. I think the front desk staff and the nurses I dealt with were great.nnBut my appointment was at 2:00PM yesterday and it is 10AM thr next day and the doctor I saw still has not sent in both of my prescriptions, so I'm not feeling very happi.nnedit: lowering my review to two stars. After waiting an additional 2 hours this morning I called the office back because my pharmacy has still not received the prescription and it was coming up on 24 hours. I was told by the front desk staff that it was sent to the pharmacy and the pharmacy didn't have that med in stock. Oh okay, so you didn't call me to tell me that so I could give you an alternative pharmacy. Would have been good if they did because I would have found out when they called that they sent it to a completely different pharmacy than they sent my other prescription.nnThis is just messy and inexcusable.nnI even called back after my appointment yesterday to confirm that I had given them the correct pharmacy because it had been so long and the prescription still had not arrived. So they have been told on three separate occasions what my pharmacy was and for some reason he still just randomly sent it to a pharmacy in the medical district.
