Well... I am a honest person so I'm going to tell my true experience. First of all when I have an appointment I expect to be seen at that time. It was 40 minutes later. I was not happy about that. I had to keep feeding the parking meter. That was the other problem, having to pay for parking to see a doctor.nThe doctor was very nice,nAnd gave me good information. Over all Precision Orthopedic was very nice. The office was clean, the staff was nice. I would go there again... but do too the parking is the only reason I would not return. That's my pet pee I don't go anywhere, where I have to pay for parking.

The front end staff at the Nat'l Harbor are great. Very attentive to all your scheduling needs. The doctors are quite busy (as to be expected), but also attentive. I like the fact that they offer orthopedic alternatives to ensure you're comfortable & heel appropriately according to your injury.

Courteous and efficient front desk staff, very short wait to be seen by Dr Mayer.nDr Mayer had a wonderfully warm, caring and professional manner. I felt seen and heard as she took the time to understand and address my concerns and thoroughly offer and explain my options for care and relief and potential next steps.

The reception staff and nurse were excellent. The nurse informed me that Dr. Yu would need to review an X-ray, and since I didnu2019t have the one from my visit to patient first, I would likely need to have one taken in the office. However, when Dr. Yu arrived, he stated that because the X-ray from Patient First didnu2019t reveal anything based on the doctors from patient first, he would simply provide a referral for physical therapy.nnI was surprised by this approach, as I came to Dr. Yu specifically as a specialist seeking a thorough evaluation and a second opinion. I explained that my injury has been ongoing, and previous treatments have been ineffective, but my concerns were dismissed. The interaction felt rushed, and I left the appointment with as many unanswered questions as I had when I arrived.nnI was given a referral for physical therapy and scheduled for a follow-up appointment in six weeks, which felt unnecessary and more like an additional expense than a step toward resolving my issue. Dr. Yu came across as dismissive and condescending, which is especially disheartening when patients come in with chronic conditions, seeking relief and clarity.nnItu2019s troubling that a specialist would proceed with recommendations without reviewing an updated X-ray or MRI, especially for a patient dealing with a long-standing issue. While every patientu2019s experience will differ, mine was disappointing and unproductive. I will not be returning to Dr. Yuu2019s office and cannot recommend his services based on this experience.
