The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because they got me in fast and got me home fast. Probably because they did nothing. I went in for strep which I knew it was gonna be. Strep and Covid came back negative. Cultured will take a couple of days to come back so just go home itu2019s probably just viral. Take Tylenol. The 1 nurse told me my tonsils were huge. Really? Cause they were removed 18 years ago! Gets worse everyday and I call and they give me nothing. Guess what, the culture came back positive my pain level is at a 13, I cannot swallow my own saliva, and they tell me they donu2019t usually give Antibiotics for the level of strep I have. Convinced them to get it for me anyways. Next day is worse and I go to the hospital. I had an extra infection for untreated strep! I will NEVER go here again. The doctor at the ER took 1 look at my throat and immediately had me on IV ABT and steroids. The medical practice needs to change. Or maybe thatu2019s why they call it PRACTICE. When will the doctors learn that we know our bodyu2019s best. I know when I have a UTI, strep, flu, and just a cold. Stop ignoring the patients and LISTEN.

Fast, curious service. Felt like staff cared and did their best! The PA was really nice, However, the diagnosis that was verbally given to me at my first appointment, and the diagnosis that was put in MyChart were completely different.nThen when I went back for the same issue weeks later, the APRN I saw at that visit, I didnu2019t feel listened to me AT all. He put me on medication that I donu2019t believe was correct for my condition. The notes in my chart were as if he was not even talking about the same person. I had to get a third opinion after that. Just a frustrating experience. I wish the original diagnosis was given to me sooner so that I could have gotten proper care.

These days itu2019s so hard to get into your primary care doctor. I love this place. Iu2019m able to make an appointment online. Go the same day sometimes within the hour the convenience, professionalism and knowledge is outstanding.

Would not hesitate to go to this practice. They diagnosed and treated my eye and although it got worse that night the meds they prescribed were obviously correct as the eye was improving by morning. Within a few days it looked great. Last antibiotic tonight. Thanks for knowing your stuff ud83dude00

The facility is very clean. No waiting. Everyone I encountered was really caring and concerned about my visit. If I need urgent care in the future, I won't hesitate to go back.
