I love this urgent care facility. Hubby and I have used it a number of times when we couldn't get seen by our primary doctor. Each and every time we've needed them, we've been able to get seen the same day. The doctors and staff are excellent. We highly recommend this facility.

Scheduling an appointment was convenient and easy. I love the check-in procedures that they do from the parking lot to keep anything contagious to a minimum. They really listened to me and took note of what I needed and wanted for my care. I will continue to use CommnityMed in the future!

One star because of their BILLING not the caren11 months ago they sent me a bill for something the insurance paid 100%. Called then and was told that I didn't owe anything and it was taken care of.nAt no fault of theirs I was overcharged in February. Called about it 4.5 weeks ago, they argued with me about the refund amount and said they would look into it and call me back but it would take 4 weeks for a refund. No return call!nCalled back last week and was told they have sent a check for less than 20% of the refund amount, was told they would look into it and call back in 30 minutes. I called back 2 hours later and had to be on hold until figured it out. They had deducted the amount they tried to over charge me 11 months ago. Was told that in 4 to 6 weeks I should receive the rest of my refund.nOver 8 weeks and a lot of time on the phone to be refunded

Worst urgent care ever!! Do not waste your time here. I paid them the co-pay but they continued to tell me to my face they never got it as I showed them the confirmation on my phone. Then they told me they were going to give me a tele health visit! I telehealth visit as I was standing in front of them at the office!! Wtf but ultimately they refused to see me because they said I didnu2019t pay. Bunch of crooks! I will be reporting them to every applicable state and federal entity who oversee medical facilities.

It was so easy and fast to be seen! Made the appointment on line, arrive, they called me in from my car and within in 30 minutes I was in and out of there! Great staff and care!!
