I recently visited an Urgent Care clinic and had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. While you should expect a wait of at least 3 hours at most urgent cares, our visit took only 2 hours in total. I took my husband in for an injury, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency. As soon as we left, we received a text from our pharmacy that his medications were ready! The attending physician was thorough and explained everything in detail. The fact that they are open 7 days a week adds to the convenience. I recommend this place 100 percent.

Haven Elite Urgent care has the nicest staff and left a memorable impression. My daughter had just come back home from Navy Bootcamp and was having an allergic reaction, her lips were very swollen and she said her throat felt a little swollen too. I immediately took her to Lani City Medical Urgent Care because I had family who go there. When I arrived to Lani Urgent care we were turned away and said they were closing and to go to Haven Elite Urgent care. Lani Urgent care wasn't closing for another hour. I was frustrated and just left with my daughter and arrived to Haven Elite Urgent care. We were welcomed quickly, the receptionist assisted me with my daughters intake paperwork while nurses and doctor took in my daughter for medical attention. Haven Elite Urgent care gave my daughter an epi pen inhection had an ambulance take her to hospital for further evaluation. I was so nervous for my daughter, but the staff informed me that I could call back if we had any other questions or concerns and they hoped everything went well for my daughter. My daughter is good. I now always recommend Haven Elite Urgent care if they have health insurance Haven Elite Urgent care accepts. Thank you for your wonderful service and not turning clients away.

I have been to a few urgent care facilities and Haven Elite Urgent Care is by far the best. My wait time was very quick. I was taken very good care of and got the medication I needed. Don't like ever having to go to urgent care, but this was easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
