The staff here are incredibly sweet and caring! Yesenia at the front desk was so welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Jackie, who checked my vitals, was kind and compassionate, helping me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Sergey was amazing u2014 he took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on. Overall, I had a great experience with fast and efficient service. Highly recommend!

First time coming in an urgent care, the receptionist and nurses were great and were very sweet, they're very helpful and straightforward. However, the Dr that helped me was not so helpful for my situation, Dr. Inciso. He came in, slouching and leaning onto the counter while asking me questions for diagnosis, he didn't give out the enthusiasm of being there nor did he show that he cares about his patient. I told him I had stomach pain, both middle and lower area, he only came to the conclusion that I had food poisoning and prescribed antibiotics plus tylenol, so far those hasn't been working for me. I hope you guys will be able to get this resolved with him because it is dampen for any patient to receive that type of treatment.

My daughter broke her finger while at school and I needed to find somewhere to get her checked out. Called multiple urgent cares and none had a xray machine. Called Pomona Urgent Care and they did! We arrived and the Ladies at the front desk got us checked in immediately. We were in the back, xrayed and speaking to the doctor within 15 minutes. Total appointment took less then 20 minutes. The Staff were great and I couldnt be happier with the care my daughter received.

Dr. Gutierrez did not do his job. He sent me away on an assumption, after i asked for X-rays. So instead of going through the correct procedures to make sure whether his assumptions were correct, under the guise of 'not wanting to waste your time and money' he directed me to the emergency room at the hospital where my time and a CONSIDERABLE more amount of my money was spent. So instead of spending a few hundred dollars I'm now spending thousands. And he was wrong. HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB, and had someone else do it for him.
