The help and treatment I've gotten at this location is amazing. The staff is great. Lisa helped me with a recent injury and she is excellent in explaining the procedure and making you feel confident you'll get better. Berivan also deserves a shout out. She was very personable and pleasant and really awesome during my visits. The entire team there is on point, not just the ladies I mentioned above, but the receptionists also working the front desk. It was the smoothest, most assuring visit I've had regarding a medical issue in quiet some time. Thanks Cool Spring Care Now. You guys rock!

We had to come in about 30mins before they closed for a kiddo concern u2014 I know that timing isnu2019t ideal just before closing on a holiday weekend. Nick (at the front) and Lisa (in the back) were beyond kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for and felt welcome. Truly grateful.

I have been taking my kiddo to this urgent care clinic for about 10 years now and am very satisfied with them. The clinic is pristine and you can check in online in advance, which is a real time saver. We usually don't wait long, especially compared to walking in at my PCP's office for urgent care. The NP Lisa is excellent; she listens, she's thorough, she's kind and you always with a plan. Dr. Rutledge is great too! The nurses are equally good. I highly recommend this clinic.

I brought ten of my workers to get some tests done, and Reagan at the front desk was sensational, great customer service and very attentive; and also Alfred was at the front desk as well, both were very helpful, friendly and efficient. In addition, the MA, Shameka, was great with our guys.nMy company will keep this location for sure
