Horrible Billing Department!nnI had visited the facility last year for a quick check up in May. I was only seen by a nurse, not by any doctor. Upon receiving the bill, I promptly paid it over phone on September 03 in FULL using my debit HSA card. Since then, I have been receiving mails from the urgent care about unpaid bill. I have tried calling multiple times to resolve this, and I was told that this is a mistake at their billing department's end and that it will corrected. But no action has been taken ever since. I am still receiving the unwarranted bill which I have already paid for in FULL. I do have proof of the payment as well in form of the statement from my card issuer. This is an absolute harassment and a waste of my time!nnIf you call them, most of the times its never picked up or routed properly.nnBeware if you make payments with them on call. They will take the money and then send the same bills again with no regard to your time!

Brought in by a friend after trying other urgent cares that couldn't help me fill my prescription. Was having a very difficult day dealing with my schizophrenia but after entering the very welcoming environment of the waiting room, I was taken care of by a very pleasant front desk nurse immediately. Payed less than the competition, and was brought back in no time at all after filling out some simple paperwork. The whole place was very clean, and comfortable. Staff was very nice, and attentive to my needs causing me absolutely no added stress. I don't outwardly show pain to clearly but was suffering greatly inside and It's like they just knew, and took care of me like my family was working there. I left with my problem taken care of, and a happy feeling of relief before I even had my meds filled. It was By far my best experience at an urgent care yet, and I've seen a lot of them in my 48 years. I will definitely be using this place in the future, and will definitely recommend friends and family as well. Fantastic place and people!!! I only wish I could get all my medical and mental health needs here. Maybe we'll all be that lucky someday.Big thanks Hazel Park Urgent Care and it's wonderful staff. You took a very very bad day... and sent me home smiling.

The Hazel Park Urgent care was a great experience for myself. I took my 8 year old daughter there recently to get test for Covid, RSV, and the flu just as a precaution. The check-in process easy to access on my phone. From there it was less than 5 minutes and they were calling to see my daughter in the back. The doctors and assistant were very professional and thorough with me and my daughter throughout the entire process and explained everything every step of the way as the performed the Covid swab. Excellent service
