My son and I actually went together to be seen for different injuries. We were seen pretty quick and everyone was friendly. The Dr took time to explain things and ask if we had questions which is great. We both had xrays and it was nice beingableto do it there in the same building. My son obviously needed one to determine fractured bones, while mine was muscular.The only reason for a 4star instead of 5 was they had me do an xray, then told me I needed an MRI to show my exact injury. I didn't need an xray and insurance didn't need to pay for an xray. But other than that I would definitely recommend this place and go here again if needed.

Except for an issue when I arrived and having to re-enter checkin info I'd already done on line, everything after that was fine. Seems that rather than matching visits to a person, address, or email address, it's done by cell numbers(which can change over time). They finally matched my account and merged it, otherwise I was going to get charged a new patient visit. ShaRonda Colbert was great--very thorough, asked questions, listened to what I said and took the appropriate measures to get me feeling better. Her concern for me and I'm sure, her patients in general is exemplary. She made me feel like I was important to the practice and not just a revenue generator! Bedside manner and interactions were simply EXCELLENT

Iu2019ve had several times I needed medical care on short notice. Iu2019ve needed a Dr right away and their appointments are 6+ weeks out. When I come here, Iu2019m always greeted with a smile. They listen to whatu2019s bothering me and are quick to prescribe meds that have helped every time. Drs here are excellentu2026at least you can see them!

Ok, you asked. I've been using HCE for a few years now. If you need help on the weekend or later in the day it has been great. Up until this last vist I haven't been there more than an hour and fifteen minutes and received great service. This last time I drove 45 minutes to get there, was checked in and my HSA card CHARGED within 20 minutes. Sat in the room for two hours with no one coming in to check on me. Went to the front desk at one hour to see how much longer and was told just a few minutes. Went again at an hour and forty-five minutes to tell them I was about to leave and go somewhere else and asked if my card had been charged. I was told my card had been charged but it would only be a couple of minutes. This time it was true. I believe they were understaffed. Not the caregivers fault. I will go back, but only to be fair. The name is Healthcare EXPRESS!
