Patient care team and all the providers are very caring and do their best to cater towards their patients needs. They accommodated me into their busy schedule at a last minute request. Normi was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. She was professional and efficient with her time and I had a seamless visit and a painless blood draw. scheduled an appointment at this hospital after confirming with my insurance that my copay would be $30. However, when I arrived, the front desk informed me that I would have to pay $140 for a regular checkup, stating they didnu2019t want to deal with insurance. This was never communicated to me when I called to book the appointment, and I took time off work only to waste my day. Itu2019s disappointing that my insurance referred this hospital as an in-network provider, yet they refused to honor the expected costs.

Heal 360 is incredible!!! I couldn't hear out of my right ear completely and little hearing in my left ear and was quite concerned. The doctor examined my ears and concluded that I needed an ear wash in which I had never done. My hearing was very limited for two days and bothered me very much. Saline and Kim came in and did the ear wash and were so professional and compassionate toward my concerns. These ladies were amazing and after the wash I could hear better than I have in many years with both ears washed and clean as ever. The staff are extremely professional and kind! They put you at ease and you know your are in great hands! Thank you all again Heal 360, you all are amazing! I highly recommend Heal 360 to everyone, you will not be disappointed and I guarantee it!

Amazing people! Aditya at the front desk was very welcoming, Harmeet was very thorough with the check up and gave very good advices. Dr. M was polite and very understanding of the situation. In the time he spent, he was very soft spoken, there was a sense of relief. I felt like I was in good hands and taken care off!
