I came in close to closing time and was blown away by the care I received. The front desk lady was welcoming and kind no attitude at all about the time I arrived, which really stood out to me. So many places make you feel like a burden if you walk in late, but not here.The medical assistant who took me back was absolutely amazing so kind and reassuring. Then Dr. A. Ferrara took over, and I can honestly say he was one of the best providers Iu2019ve ever encountered. He kept me calm, stitched me up quickly, and explained everything step-by-step, including how to care for my injury once I got home.This was the first time I truly felt like an urgent care provider cared. The clinic was clean, efficient, and I was in and out without a long wait. I would absolutely return and honestly, Iu2019d love to work with this kind of team in the future! Can't recommend this urgent care enough! Me and my husband been coming here for several years now. Every single time we've had the best experience possible. This location have doctors only and all the doctors are trully great. However this time want to give a special Thank you! to Dr. Cristina Whitley. She's not just knowledgeable, professional and kind. She is also very carrying. Following day of my visit I called the clinic as I needed to get more help on my meds but i couldn't come in person as i have a small baby at home that i could not leave. And to my surpris I was immediately transferred directly to Dr. Whitley who took her time from her busy schedule to talk to me on the phone and address all my questions and concerns, free of charge ofcourse. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart,specially knowing how hard it is nowadays to get in touch with any doctors directly. Thank you guys for all your help and care!

Dr Thompson has the best bedside manner Iu2019ve ever experienced. Iu2019m so thankful I went here. She was EXTREMELY thoughtful, thorough and truly cared. I've lived in Atlanta since 1981. I have never had a good experience at an Urgent Care facility until yesterday. Atlanta Urgent Care has their act together. It went the way you would hope and Urgent Care visit would go. Everyone was nice. I waited less than 20 minutes to see someone. I saw a physician's assistant who was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my medical emergency. I will definitely be going back here in the future when I need Urgent Care.
