This is not a safe place if you are lgbtq+. Mignon gives false information regarding legalities around HRT, and is also dismissive regarding mental health. I went in with concerns about ADHD and was told to go look up bi polar disorder and that it would be addressed next visit. She never made note of it apparently because the nurse practitioner I saw next visit had no idea. The service as a whole is neither here nor there, I've had some good visits, but I've had mostly bad visits. I was persistently bothered about scheduling a pap smear even though I had already had mine earlier in the year and didn't need another one for quite a while. All in all, this place needs to take down any inclusive rhetoric they have about themselves because they are not. The one good soul there, bless Rae Martin, she is the only reason I will keep going there until I can find a better office.
