I left a voicemail for this urgent care to help me confirm if a specific health insurance would be accepted, and they called me back within 5 minutes. While Healthcare Express Urgent Care didn't accept the insurance I inquired about, the operator gave me a couple other urgent care facilities that they believe accepted it. It helped tremendously, because I couldn't even find those in-network urgent care facilities on the main insurance's website!nnThank you so much!

Amazing clinic, GREAT staff, & super clean facility. The staff is very helpful & the Dr is very knowledgeable. It is rare to find a Dr willing to spend the time required to fully explain things to you, but you will find that here!

It shows that they close at 2pm..I go in and immediately the staff yells that they are closed.. and that the doctor left.. its 12:30 right now... why would a doctor leave early? ...its a urgent care. Ridiculous.
