Staff was very courteous and pretty thorough. They did x-rays while I was there. Gave me a cortisone shot for inflammation, which did help a lot. They recommended a boot and gave me consult for physical therapy and MRI. We did not discuss the findings of the x-ray and I was not called about that. I did receive a call, automated wanting to know about how I was feeling and when I called them back it wasnu2019t actually a true follow up call they never took my name. They never asked who I was and I gave them a report of how I was feeling and they said thank you so that part was kind of odd. Anyway, overall, I guess the experience was pretty good.

I had severe pain in my shoulder rotator cuff and thankfully picked the right ortho clinic at a moments noticeu2026 The team in the front were so kind being that I was in so much pain. The wait time was roughly 30 minutes, which seemed like forever, but in reality they were pretty quicku2026 Got my x-rays. the verdict and the doctor relieved my pain and I thank them very much and if this review helps you in anyway, deciding if this is the right place to go u2026you will be Pleasantly surprised .
