Very good experience. I have been to Health Express several times and each time have had zero issues, from check-in to check-out. The staff is very professional, the facility clean and comfortable and I love this care option - no ER or making a doctor appointment which usually is not immediate. I am a nurse newly retired of 47 years- many spent in teaching hospitals, management, hospice, and last primary care triage in Boston. I am able to assess quickly the facilities that I enter.nThe receptionist I would give 100 stars if I could. She was the most congenial, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind. I recently had gotten Medicare B. At first it wasnu2019t able to be located in their system. I was going to leave and she inform me I could pay in cash which I was able and willing to do.nI was warmly greeted by the medical assistant who put me at ease and explained everything ( she didnu2019t know I was a nurse). In less than 5 minutes the PA came in. We chatted and found we had worked in the same places. He did the required exam, listened thoroughly to what concerned me about my illness, talked with me with a plan going forward. We discussed the use of one antibiotic versus another and I was in agreement. His knowledge, thoroughness, communication level on illness, plan of care, and prescriptions along with his congeniality was above and beyond.nBest part is that while I was being examined the wonderful women found my insurance and reversed my charges.nJudgement is based on who you are greeted by when you first enter. Excellent urgent care. Great, friendly people. Excellent care. Quick, walk-in service. My only wish is that they had longer hours. Why do most urgent cares close at 7 or 8pm? Most folks are barely home from work by then.
