We have been patients at Health Express Urgent Care from its beginning. We are always treated with great care and consideration. The wait time is very minimal, the front office staff is kind and always greets you with a smile, the nurses are exceptional and the Nurse Practitioners are absolutely the best in our area. They spend time listening to you and give great attention to your needs. We are notified of our appointments, and when our medications have been called into the pharmacy and they always return our phone calls. Tommy Fields and her staff are exceptional and we highly recommend Health Express Urgent Care! 2024

Best Urgent Care Iu2019ve ever visited by far! The staff is always so kind and treat us like family. The environment is always clean and presentable. Dr. Tommie Fields has became not only my doctor, but my husbands and childrenu2019s as well. She is very thorough, caring, patient, and knows how to calm my scared and curious children when they are sick. I couldnu2019t say enough good things about this office! I highly recommend visiting if you ever need medical attention. I have full confidence that they will take great care of you!

If you're looking for top-notch medical care and a truly exceptional experience, I can't recommend Health Express Urgent Care enough! My recent visit there was nothing short of fantastic. Their medical knowledge were second to none, and the wait time was impressively short. I loved the fact that they strive to get you in taken care of as quickly as they can.What sets Health Express apart from other clinics is their unwavering commitment to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and attended to my needs with utmost professionalism and kindness. I mean, they make you feel like you are part of the family.The clinic appeared to be spotless and had a refreshing ambiance that immediately put me at ease.Located conveniently just off Interstate 75, exit 41, it's easily accessible for anyone.It's evident that this clinic's owner/manager takes immense pride in maintaining a top-notch facility and providing outstanding care. This level of dedication sets Health Express miles ahead of the competition in my opinion.

This is a review written in 2024, so you can understand that my extreme DisSatisfaction with Nurse Practitioner Tommie Fields is not related to here horrible failures during the height of COVID-19. When it comes to having simple prescriptions filled, she was very clearly not trained in how to use the basic standard system. Medications I take are available in multiple form. She failed to care enough to see which form I had been having prescriptions filled for me for years, through the much more professional Dr. Emmanuel C. Yumang, in their same electronic records. He medication I take is an injection. HTF do you not know to send a prescription for the needed syringes I require to even be able to take my terminally necessary medication?!? I never have any issue with Dr. Yumang, beyond the very excessive WaitTimes at his prior office that he OverBooked appointments at. After moving to his smaller office, and having some staff that seem to be worth having, I never had a negative experience cause by any1 at the office. After being seen by NP Fields, only 4or5u00d7, I am sure to now only schedule appointments on days he is expected to be in the office.Let me leave you with this final example of an experience that you can consider when setting expectations, should you have the MisFortune of an experience with Nurse Practitioner Tommie Fields.I was told to go to the local St. Joseph ER, while NOTHING was forwarded to them about why I was referred to the ER. I got to the ER, and tried my best to explain that Doctor Tommie Fields had sent me there to do BloodWork. They didn't understand how they had nothing sent pior to my arrival. When I explained that I needly my daily injection, because I had used used all of my prescription for my chronic illness, they looked at my OutDated record they had on file, and was UnSure of the amount of the medication to give me. Eventually, they took my word for it, be cause if how distraught they could tell I was getting, atop of the adverse health condition I was in. 30years of personal experience with my chronic illness, was finally validated beyond the severe ignorance and disgusting self-righteousness of an UnderEducated Nurse Practitioner, just to keep me from having potential OrganFailure. When being discharged several hours later, I questioned the ER Doctor about sending a refill of my prescription to my preferred pharmacy. I was responded to that with, Wait, what??? We don't write prescriptions like that for an ER visit. That would be for your GP to prescribe, if they review your OnGoing treatment. The ER is not really for treatment of previously diagnosed chronic conditions. Who told you that that was how an ER works?!? I told them exactly who that incompetent medical professional was, and they called Yumang at his AfterHours number to finally get the simple resolution that NP Tommie Fields FAILED to handle.After you read this, Tommie, take a moment to realize the important impact your job carries. You aren't expected to be absolutely perfect, but in your line of business, such severe failures and disrespectful disregard for the NEEDS of your patients, have the actual potential to cause death.
