Next level Urgent Care clinic innate Texas aims to please. From the receptionist nurse, Nurse Practitioner were pleasantly greeted listened to me as a patient and explained what testing was needed. I was seen by Nurse Jakeera 10 minutes before my appointment time and completed the initial evaluation and testing. After only 10 minutes from testing I was seen by Anita the Nurse practitioner who introduced herself and gave me my diagnosis. She had a perception work release notes and diagnosis testing results when she walked in. I expressed a concern and was able to solve that concern. Great job all for your great customer service and quick quality work. Service are responsible in cost as well for an urgent care!

My past visit for my dad was great, he really liked the doctor and we actually went to the locations he was at for his followips. But I called the Katy location tonight to see if he was going to be there and was told they do not know and the lady that answered the phone was very short and dry. It was not the nice concerned feeling I had last month when we were there. By the way Doctor Dennis B was amazing

I could not have have a better experience for my lil accident today. I got a scratch on my leg, nothing big from a very rusty piece of metal and I did some research and found out I should get a tetnus shot immediately. I was horrified because I hate needles and I'm running on 3 hours of sleep so overall was not doing or feeling good. LUCKY I had extraordinary care by my Tech Theresa who was an absolute angel, calmed me down, and made me feel comfortable enough to get the shot and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. She's very patient and was just lovely to work with! I couldn't have had a better experience!! My Provider was Dr. Nnabuife and he was super cool and gave me wonderful care as well!! They were both an amazing Team!! And the front staff was great as well!!! I was so glad my boyfriend recommended this place to me and I will tell all my loved ones to come here for any emergency in the future! :D

I have visited this location for myself and my children for various appointments such as physicals, sickness, and most recently a gashed toe.nnEach time Iu2019ve had a different provider, but the attention and care has been consistent.nnIn my most recent visit I experienced some unexpected complications during my treatment. The provider was calm, supportive, and listened to my needs and concerns. The provider then tailored her care based off listening and understanding my needs. Everything turned out great, and Iu2019m healing faster than expected. Thanks Next Level!

Iu2019ve come to Next Level Urgent Care off Katy Fort Bend several times in the past for my older kids physicals and they were great. But oh my goodness, when I really needed them tonight, they EXCEEDED my expectations! My almost 3 year old gashed her forehead open just above her eye! Jakeera and Anita could not have been better! They quickly assessed that she would need stitches (vs. glue) and clearly explained all my options as far as doing it in-house vs. going to the ER. I appreciated the quick treatment plan they established to make my daughter as comfortable as possible! They showed great care and compassion for her (and me as well!)! Procedures like numbing shots and stitches have the potential to go very wrong with a child that young but they were amazing! I felt very confident when we left with her all stitched up. It truly couldnu2019t have gone any better. Follow up plan was also very clearly explained. Thank you Jakeera and Anita for the amazing care! I hope we donu2019t have to return but if something comes up, I know where weu2019re going.
