Iu2019ve been there multiple times now, including today. Front office was super caring, helpful, funny, and went out of her way to verify if they were contracted with my insurance. she explained worse case is Iu2019d get their cash rate bill if it got kicked back, which I appreciate the heads up. The docs and assistants were very friendly and thorough. I appreciate the fact they swab and don't just hand out antibiotics. They also have educational facts about that which is nice. This time I waited less than or about 10minutes to be brought back and seen by the doc. The previous times were a little longer but still very reasonable, especially for a walk in. There are urgent cares a little closer to me now but I go back because Iu2019ve always had a good experience here

Incredible experience all around. Came in for a sore throat, waited less than 5 minutes for the NP. Staff was kind and understanding, and speedy! I had a strep test done and had results in about 10 minutes. Got my prescription, with explanations and out the door in under 40 minutes. Would give higher than 5 if possible!

I felt heard and listened to. Sometimes I feel doctors donu2019t realize that you actually need something to help and avoid it. I am grateful I was listened to. My nurse practitioner that helped me today was wonderful and so kind. The gal at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well.
