Went in around 6ish for a bad sore throat, could barely swallow, filled out about 5-8 minutes of paperwork, waited about 5 minutes maybe a little longer and got called back. They were very nice; my nurse was awesome (Jordan) we got along great. I was in the room for around half an hour. I am very happy with my service although I did not get an answer, they said they would have to call me the next day for the next test results. I definitely recommend.

Went in for a sore throat, assuming I had strep. They decided to run all these other tests & now I have a $750 bill! Testing for u201cmultiple respiratory virusesu201d is $650 alone. Of course the staff doesnu2019t communicate the extra cost of such tests, feels like they are taking advantage of their patients and is just a cash grab. Absolutely outrageous, do not recommend and wonu2019t ever go here again.

Went in yesterday for very bad abdominal pain and was told even after my scan that it was u201cjust a big loadu201d . Today I ended up in the ER where I was diagnosed with a ruptured ovarian cyst. What a joke. Front desk and nursing staff were amazing and kind but the care from the Provider I was seen by was awful. Very unprofessional and I felt unheard . Would not recommend anyone coming here.

First appointment there and won't be back. Scheduled appointment for 4pm. Arrived 15 minutes early. People who were walk ins after 4 pm were being roomed before I was. Waited additional 30 minutes to be brought back into a room. The gal who did a couple vitals asked me what my weight was, as if there wasn't a scale I walked past before going in. I could have used any number and they'd still write it down without actually verifying. The provider came in and briefly spoke to me for about 2 minutes did a quick glance at my throat and ears. Sent me on my way with a script for antibiotics. I received my bill and was charged $278! Outrageous overly expensive for the service I received.

Pretty invalidating experience on the part of the provider (condescending). I enjoyed the timely new patient processing with the front desk and the work up with the medical assistant.
