Last week of February I was prescribed an antibiotic I was allergic to, the doctor was a redhead female 50+ years old, she was too busy ranting and raving about malpractice to listen to me. She also informed me I would die in route to Keyser Emergency room in front of my husband and young school aged child, I refuse to visit/drive further away to Cumberland's medical Center. I was argued with for knowing how my body reacts to medications and different illnesses, I was ordered to follow up with a primary physician. FUN FACT A SPECALIST MUST TEST AND TREAT for a Neuromuscular disease. I advised who my neurologist is and he was in with Ruby Medical in Morgantown WV, she rolled her eyes and laughed at me. Positive Strep Test, verbally berated in front of my family, medication that most likely would of killed me, HEALTH DOESN'T MATTER THERE. DO NOT GO IN THE BUILDING ALONE IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES. The only person that wanted to help me was the nurse that swabbed me for Strep and flu, I think she understands when folks might be contagious you shouldn't get in their face and SCREAM ABOUT MALPRACTICE.

I work and I get sick, refused to let me in at 5:30 which was their closing time, they're good to you until they aren't, take your business elsewhere.

Unlike some of these reviews. I showed up with my ID and insurance card paid my copay. Was seen within 15 mins was leaving 45 mins after showing up. This isn't my first visit & I've been treated with courtesy and respect each time. They even followed up two days later. They will be my first choice always.
