What a great experience. I had somewhat of a special need and Carla at the front desk listened patiently and spoke to the medical team to see if they could provide my physical. Dr. Aleem was equally supportive and the medical assistants were courteous and professional. When you need urgent care, this Health MD Urgent care is exactly what you hope for.

I really liked Dr. Aleem. I never felt like I was truly seen by other physicians before. She was made me feel safe and definitely gave mother vibes. Very caring and supportive. I now donu2019t have to feel nervous about going to urgent care anymore but only if sheu2019s working. Thank you for giving a new perspective and trust!Such a beautiful woman! My son was miserable with sore throat so I brought him in as I was worried about strep throat. The registration process was easy using their tab and then completing it on the phone. The staff were courteous and respectful. We had a very short wait. The RN/medical staff and provider were very nice and knew how to work with a kid. Having a kid sick is always hard but Iu2019m glad we came here and quickly got him seen and started on antibiotics. Thank you for a quick but great service.

I have no problem with a Nurse, Tech, RN, and NP helping a patient in a time of need, and with all due respect to all nurses and the fantastic nurses in our family - when you visit this Urgent Care office they should NOT say the doctor will see you now, when you are going to be seen / examined by an NP / RN.Even though patient was feverish, and in pain, they never listened to respiration,they never took temperature.And when you refer conversationally to that person as Doctor during examination- and they are not -they should correct you.Pleasant people but this is a medical appt and not a coffee shop.Misleading at the least.Possibly more serious than that.
