Usually when you go to the doctor, especially urgent care and the hospital, you expect a long wait time and people who are frustrated all around. That was not the case here. I walked in to be greeted by the receptionist (I did not catch her name) who was genuinely happy and helpful. She did all my registration paperwork based on the info from my DL and insurance card. We waited all of 5 minutes, with happy patients checking in and using first names! What a difference that makes in feeling welcomed!nnThe medical assistant who brought us back took all my daughteru2019s basic information, performed all the vital testing and took us to our room; again, genuinely happy to do so.nnThe PA came in smiling and made sure everything was documented, ordered some tests, and filled in any gaps for the doctor.nnDr Gulaiti came in, read the test results, went over all of my questions, ensured I understood the medications and the timing of each one. All with a huge smoke.nnIu2019ve been to a lot of doctors, hospitals and urgently care centers. But this one is completely set apart from every single one Iu2019ve encountered. I will be changing my PCP to Dr Gulati as soon as I am done with this.nnDonu2019t question whether or not to go here, only when!

Customer service at this facility was excellent. I must say that the doctor was very client oriented, he answered all my questions and was not in a rush. Great doctor!! I had some lab result as well and he explained whereever I had question. The nurse practitioner was also very nice. I was very observant and I notice that other employees were very welcoming. I would recommend this urgent care anytime as they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I didn't get namesud83eudee0..

My experience at this establishment was nothing less than exceptional. Feeling nervous and tense after an embarrassing fall down my date's stairs on Valentine's Day I was shaken up and a bit bruised. But, Not realizing the pain until 2 days later, today, made it even more embarrassing. So after he searched for me with my insurance, bless his heart, I left work early and the receptionist, nurse, P.A., Doctor and everyone else I came in contact with were so professional, courteous and thoughtful. I had very nervous and worrisome energy, admittingly during this visit. They were all very accommodating. I was also able to accomplish a female health check and screening while there. I was even provided free samples to help me heal. I am very grateful to the team and will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who may be in a similar situation or need emergency help.
