Contractor therapists beware: Evolve lacks policies to address HR concerns in a fair/ unbiased manner: Termination of a contract for any reason or no reason while legal, is highly unethical/problematic/disruptive when dealing with fully established client/therapist relationships - esp. when a caseload has followed a practitioner from a different setting. Appropriate protocols are needed to protect all involved. Deeply disappointed in Evolve.
