I went in on a Saturday with a really badly burned foot! The nurse and Brad took EXCELLENT care of me!! Made sure I was ok to return home and already had a plan of care done! I am eternally grateful to have found these guys!! I mean where else can you just do a walk in on a Saturday or Sunday and see your PCP?!?!thank you guys for the care you have shown me!!!

I brought my little sister here and they were very helpful in getting me the proper paperwork for her to be seen without our dad present. They took care of her and were very professional and courteous. We came during a peak time and it was busier, so it took us a while to be seen but I understand that things just get backed up at times. I would definitely come back

Some of the staff here are amazing but that doesnu2019t make up for the rest of the ones. Service here is horrible you will wait forever they donu2019t like to give you copies of your own records and want you to be seen for everything even simple file request just to be able to bill you and your insurance more. They lie on paperwork of services provided so make sure to check your bills that are going to insurance . One lady likes to be very rude and will even cuss at you ud83eudee0 Iu2019d drive to a different town before going here again.

Most of these Google reviews are pitiful and disheartening to see people complain about such things. Expecting to be seen within a minimum wait of 30 minutes is stupid. Any doctor you go to has decent wait times depending on how busy it is. Take in consideration this is not just an urgent care, it is also a Primary Care Physician office. Also their policy of having to call and check in while waiting in your car if you are experiencing sick like symptoms isnu2019t bad at all. Itu2019s to keep the other patients who arenu2019t sick safe from your germs. You wouldnu2019t want to be waiting in a waiting room when youu2019re not sick next to someone who has Covid or something alike would you? I think not.. this clinic has been great to me so far and is helping me greatly. I went once before due to having issues with my sinuses. After being seen, not only did the Doctor prescribe me medication to help, she also helped me get my inhaler re-prescribed along with some other allergy medications Iu2019ve been without for some time. Iu2019m currently having some frequent visits to get a condition with my legs checked out and so far the past 2 visits have been amazing. Very kind and nice nurses and a great doctor to help me figure out what is wrong. Donu2019t listen to the other reviews of people complaining because they canu2019t get seen as fast as they could get a burger from the McDonaldu2019s down the street. Donu2019t expect things to be handed to you immediately, and certainly donu2019t be a petty Karen because you canu2019t get it your way. You know gosh darn well youu2019d complain about the wait or something else anywhere else youu2019d go to. Anywaysss thatu2019s my little spill about this place. Definitely give this place a shot and be patient with the process.

The staff here are rude and extremely unprofessional. They gossip about coworkers and about patients with each other loud enough for anyone sitting in a patient rooms to hear. They scream at and mistreat their patients. They kicked me out because I expressed my issue with waiting over an hour in their waiting room and over 20 minutes in the patient room for a simple referral.They refused to give me any of my paperwork. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'm just glad I had witnesses there with me that heard everything and I recorded everything on my cell phone. I just wish I could post the audio here. The Google reviews about this place really speak for themselves I should've known better than to give them a chance
