Every time I have been to Malta Emergent Care they have been nothing but kind, supportive and understanding. They listen and value each patient. Itu2019s also very efficient and fast for being an emergency room. I always refer and recommend family and friends! So thankful for them.

It's an urgent care without appointments, so expect the wait times to be very long (sometimes hours), but the staff here is incredible.nI had to go here a lot while trying to find a PCP in the area & still do sometimes when I can't get an appointment, and every time everyone is so kind and capable and patient. They always take my concerns seriously, give legitimate recommendations, and clearly communicate what they're doing before they do anything. I've gotten blood draws, stitches, vaccinations, lab testing, diagnostics, etc. here and every time I am treated very professionally & with respect. Granted, I am relatively fit, healthy, and young, so I can't speak for people who are more subject to medical discrimination, but I do doubt it would be an issue. I always feel very comfortable here.nMy prescriptions were always submitted promptly after appointments; I see other people griping with that but it hasn't been a problem for me.

Malta Med was, for me, an outstanding experience given my unfortunate circumstance. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen almost immediately for my issue -- which was that an earring had somehow sank below the surface of my cartilage and was lodged inside my ear. These medical professionals worked hard and were so patient with me despite my painful disposition and went out of their way to remove the foreign object.nnI am not sure how other reviewers could feel comfortable leaving a negative review to a medical facility, one that works tirelessly to immediately address ailments. I am thankful for the care I received.

The staff were very nice. But when I left the PA told me she was going to put a prescription in for 2 additional medications besides the one she had originally prescribed. She didnt prescribed them originally because she thought they would iritate my stomach. I told her I had benn on them before and that I didn't have any isses, so she said iw I'll put those through now and they won't be on your discharge papers. I went to the pharmacy and only one perscription was there. I called urgent care and the doctor that saw me isn't going to be in for 5 more days, and they can't really do anything. Until she comes in. My foot is killing me. They told me to see my primary. I can't drive because of my swolen foot, and am on crutches and can't walk in the ice. All I ask is just do what you say you are going to do. I have been here many other times and not had an issue. But this was not a good way to handle this. I asked if I could reach out to the PA a other way and they said no. It is a three day weekend as well.

I had to come on google and give 5 star review. Never felt every doctor or nurse that I was passed through give such a positive experience in a place no one wants to be, even check in. Great attitudes and caring! Straight to the point and they listen!nHIGHLY RECOMMEND!
