A few months ago I got an opportunity to visit healthcare stat when my child got sick. I just walked in without an appointment. My first impression was that the lobby was very clean. It didn't take me but about 15 minutes to get signed in and the best part was that I didn't even have to fill out paperwork I filled my information out on a pad. The nurse took us back and she was very friendly and thorough. We were then seated in a room. Didn't take long to be seen after that. The provider took his time put my boy on an antibiotic and he was better in just a day or two. I would say they are fast, professional and convenient. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I called ahead and the phone just kept with an automated message and I never spoke with an actual human being (about 15 minutes of waiting). We finally got to the location (urgent care) at 5:15 with our two month old. There were zero patients in the waiting area and we were told they donu2019t take new patients after 5pm. Zero people in the waiting area. ZERO. So, we were turned away with our two month old baby. Iu2019d give them zero stars if I could.

I have been going to this clinic for years and the staff is great. I prefer going here instead of going to an ER and waiting for hours. If there are several people there when I arrive without an appointment, I expect to wait a few minutes. My son had excellent care when he gashed his leg 6 months ago and I would recommend this place to anybody. This place deserves 10 stars. Great care by a great staff!

I am highly impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of this clinic. This clinic houses my primary care physician. Anytime I need something they will always get back to me in a timely manner. For anyone coming in with minor emergencies, or just because they can't get into their doctor's office, they treat you with the same respect and also will do a follow up call to make sure your needs have been met.

I have been to this clinic many times for myself and my daughter. I work and live in the area and know many people who go to this clinic on a regular basis and I have only heard good things about the clinic. The staff is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I guess the old saying is true....You cant make everyone happy all the time. HealthCare Stat will have to be happy with 99.99% being happy! Thanks HealthCare Stat for taking such good care of my family.
