I've been a resident at Bright way on Myrtle Hill and it is a beautiful and clean house. Shorty is personable and down to earth. Her cooking skills are top knotch. Under her care the house is a home always nice peaceful and quiet. I'm grateful.

I like our house a lot. The manager Shorty is very nice and respectful. She has birthday parties for everyone and gives cigarettes to people. And she cleans our rooms and cook for us. And make sure we do our beds. And doctor Koko helped me come a long way. She is being giving me chances to do better. And she cares like our manager Shorty. Dr. Koko make sure we accomplish our achievements with our social workers and help us with court big time. And that's the chances she has been giving me.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to give props to Brightway. Iu2019ve been a client for over a year and I can say that this is a first-rate organization. Dr. Koko has made every effort to provide first-rate facilities and first-rate staffing. And plenty of great food. Every location is new and well-kept. My house manager, Romeka Hall aka u2018Shortyu2019 is outstanding. She goes above and beyond. She makes sure everyone has a cake and small gift for their birthday, provides cigarettes to those who smoke, and cooks special meals out of her own pocket. And she loves to barbeque for us. I highly recommend Brightway to those needing transitional housing.

Most of these other reviews aren't real.u00a0 The truth is this really is not much different than a jail especially because no matter where you are you are always crammed together.u00a0u00a0 You should see this business.u00a0 How they are allowed to keep your entire social security check and stuff multiple people in one room is beyond me.u00a0 If you require a social security representative and your only option is Coco, I feel bad for you.u00a0 These people are the truly trapped.u00a0 They feed you just enough that you dont starve.u00a0 The van they stuff everyone into has no air conditioning and boy, they really do stuff everyone in there.u00a0 Pretty much all the residents are mad and I don't blame them.u00a0 They claim to have sports and arts and crafts but I've seen prisons with better basketball courts (you can actually play on) and activities.u00a0 I could write a lot more but this place isn't worth the time.u00a0 I'm only writing this to warn everyone.u00a0 This place should be illegal.Zero stars
