No follow up. Have to call my insurance company everytime i have an issue. Reached out and complained to the office about prescriptions not being filled, to no response. I just want my medication. Location is convenient because of work but its not enough to stay there anymore. Call and no one answers, nurses dont help except Ms Olivia. She's the best person in that building. The rest in your face not a problemnbut on the phone unprofessional. You desperately need consider who works for you. My insurance company and the pharmacy constantly not getting information they ask for. Now I have to constantly call to fix this. I get no response and when I do I'm treated like im not the patient. Its frustrating.

Had a great experience in my first visit, but was then transferred to a new doctor when the PA I was seeing left. Since then, nothing but problems. Went in with a sports injury and during the visit, my doctor didn't even get out of his chair - no close look or physical manipulation of the injured area - and yet I had to pay the bill. Same thing happened again with a rash I had developed. Now I am trying to get a refill for a prescription and being told it can't be refilled without a visit. However, I was never informed of this by my previous doctor. I am told that doctor is no longer with the practice, but there was never any communication from the practice that my doctor was being dismissed or that I was due to come in for a visit with a new doctor or that I was due for a visit to renew my prescription. Now, I am without my medication and unable to schedule an appointment until well after I have run out. Horrible patient care. Horrible communication. Would stay away from this practice at all costs.
