I just had my first appointment with Dr. Philippe today, and I couldnu2019t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Philippe was patient, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing. Itu2019s rare to find a doctor who blends professionalism with such a caring approach. I truly left feeling heard and cared for. Iu2019m actually looking forward to my follow-up appointment in two weeks u2014 which says a lot about the quality of care I received!

I gave this practice the benefit of the doubt for too long. 6 months ago I had an appointment scheduled with Brittany (my doctor) and when I appeared for my appointment I was shocked and surprised to see a male doctor. The only reason I felt comfortable continuing to come to this office was because I found a female doctor I could trust. I made an effort to schedule my next appointment specifically with Brittany again. Fast forward to last week, I came in to get my blood drawn and it was confirmed in person and via phone call that I would be seeing Brittany to discuss my lab results. This morning comes and to my shock and surprise AGAIN, I have the same male doctor that I had last time. This office does not care about your comfort or preferences and I absolutely will not return.nnPrior to this instance, it took the office several weeks to correct my medication (for asthma, imagine how frustrating it was not being able to breathe due to them not filling the prescription correctly) and that was a couple years ago. I have given them a fair shot and they continue to disappoint. If I could give zero stars I would.

Are experienced as new patients thus far has been great, we are here as a view of the facility and of the doctors and faculty. Does far awaiting first appointment. Are pleasant and sweet.

I do not recommend this practice at all! I went to them and got misdiagnosed by the PA working there, being told I had a cyst when I actually had a hernia which had to be repaired by surgery. I also was given a blood test where one of the lab orders was for what my insurance said is experimental. This was not cleared by me, in fact was not even told that I was going to get it and I had no idea what it was. The lab cost was $250 which I got stuck with, I even went in to see the office manager who said she would get it taken care of which did not happen and now I am being dunned by the lab company. I am retired and cannot afford and would never have ordered a $250 lab cost.
