The wait was very long but the care was fantastic. We always come prepared for a long wait, but we know the team there does a fantastic job at treating my child. Great place for kids who are sick at night. It so much better to start her on antibiotics as soon as she has an infection instead of waiting until the next day. And doesnu2019t every child wear comfy clothes and heels to Ped Urgent Care?

Absolutely LOVE PM Pediatrics!! From colds to x-rays, they always take great care of us! I've been bringing my 11 year old here for many years and now my 3 year old. We went in last night after my oldest twisted her knee and Ken was Absolutely amazing!! Made the kids laugh and feel at ease, super professional & super kind! We never have to wait long, even without an appointment! Definitely recommend bringing your kids here instead of the ER, obviously unless the ER is needed. Clean, fast, convenient and great care!

Usually we have a great experience at PM. This past Sunday 5/4 was not the same. The receptionist was short and just over all not welcoming. Appeared obvious that she did not want to be there. There was no alert that there was a back up for scheduled appointments. We had a 12:15 appt and when I approached the desk at 1pm was the first time I was alerted that they were behind. The provider was kind and helpful and we got grin and out after a long wait.

8pm on a Sunday night with my 3 year old and 80,000 other sick kids this time of year- expected to be waiting a long time. We were seen in less than an hour, labs, and even the first dose of antibiotics- a god send on a Sunday evening. Staff was lovely and very sweet with my boy. Happy to know I have a good urgent care near by.
