I chose this place because of the glowing reviews, and I have to say - I was not disappointed at all. Everyone (including admin staff, nurses, and doctors) were so kind. I have never experienced such caring bedside manner as I did here. I felt like my concerns were heard and listened to. I have never felt so comfortable at a doctor's office before and will definitely be establishing care as a long-term patient!nnThey were also very quick in scheduling my first appointment and the paperwork process was efficient and a breeze!

I don't leave many reviews but I give credit to whoever it's due! This was my first time here, my previous doctor went out on medical leave and I had to find someone new which took a while. My insurance referred this provider because they said they've heard very good things about this practice. When I got to the office, just walking in made me feel comfortable. I was in so much pain but when I was put in a room, here comes Dr. Robert Crouch walking in with this huge smile. He pulled up a chair and took several minutes to get to know me and to find out what care I needed. I was a little shocked because most providers don't take their time to get to know you! We went over my meds, medical history etc. and I learned more about my symptoms in 15 minutes that I ever have. When I left, I couldn't wait to call my husband to let him know about Dr. Crouch and his crew! I've always believed that first impressions are the best! His staff is awesome too! I was a new patient and I feel I was lied to to get me to come to their clinic. The provider never got my medical history, although I signed release of information forms. I was very disappointed. How can you treat me without my medical history. I was prescribed medication by the provider, but then I was told he didn't feel comfortable filling out documents for my employer and that caused me my employment.nAll he has to say is he prescribed me medication and referred me to a specialist, instead he left the form blank, although through the health portal he told me he completed the documents for my employer. LIES.

I happened to find this clinic by circumstance. My former provideru2019s office closed unexpectedly. While shopping for a new primary, I suffered an injury that needed urgent medical attention. Went in as a walk in for urgent care. Found the most amazing NP and have been there ever since! If you are looking for sincerity, alternative treatment other than just prescriptions, I highly recommend! I see Ms. Lavian and she is amazing!!

I cannot express my gratitude and respect for the whole team at Health Star Medical Group. My husband and I, as well as my whole family all go here for our PCPs and they are wonderful. My husband passed out while getting his blood drawn and EVERYONE was there to help try and wake him up while I was cryingu2026 as seeing that really freaked me out. They had given him granola bars and ice packs to help. Overall, the whole place is so professional and so awesomeu2026 I am grateful for them. Also, Mandy the phlebotomist is so sweet and caring and knows what she is doing. My PCP is Lavi and I absolutely adore her. She knows I have health anxiety so she always calms me down if needed!
