I'm just leaving Dr Wolf now, and I'm really happy with my visit with him. He was very kind and cordial to me. My visit went so smoothly, and super quick. Not rushed/quick....But smooth, quick, efficient and thorough. I found that all the girls in the office were very pleasant and took care of me as soon as I walked in. LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE!!!! other reviews saying the same thing. Not surprising. She's extremely combative, talks over you, and refuses to engage in a professional manner. Horrible customer service skills shouldnu2019t be in a medical care environment.

This Health stop has been my go to for years. Great staff always courteous and helpful fabulous Dr's. Being the best in my eyes they sometimes have a lot of patients at one time and I've seen some become impatient. They always do the best they can to get everyone though as quickly as possible. My opinion be patient not all patients are a quick fix and you will be seen when it is your turn. Love this Health Stop and all the staff.

I came in this place four years ago and had a great experience and left them a great review. I come in here today with some allergies or conjunctivitis just looking to see if I can have have it looked at and get a prescription and I have a picture of my insurance ID card from my HR director and the lady says she physically needs it. immediately upon walking in, she had a piss poor attitude. She asked me to email her the ID card which I did twice and for some reason the emails just werenu2019t transmitting. After the second time, she said she didnu2019t get it and now Iu2019m frustrated because I was a pharmacy technician for 10 years. Didnu2019t offer to assist with possibly a wifi issue as my phone sends emails otherwise just fine. Perhaps a delayu2026 But if she just learned how not be rude and type them inu2026. Your just being difficult at that point. Itu2019s 20 digits total your simply transcribe. Cant I write it down? I have an valid drivers license that matchesu2026Iu2019m here for medical assistance not to have this kind of nonsense. I donu2019t know who she is, but I figured perhaps let people know that this lady doesnu2019t seem to keen on helping people or enjoying her job. I work in customer service and If I treated people like this Iu2019d be in the unemployment line.

I have been going to health stop for many years. They have always taken great care with or without insurance. The staff are always professional, I am usually diagnosed and on my way in less than an hour. Dr. Wolf is a great doctor who has always been kind and considerate, a doctor with perfect bedside manner.nI believe Dr. Wolf and his staff are above and beyond reproach. 5 stars is all I can give, but I would give more if I could.nThank you Health Stop, you folks are great.
