Highly recommend!! We had an easy time getting an appointment and checking in all online. The office was very clean and cute decor for kids. The doctor was so sweet with my four year old. She was asking her questions slowly and calmly, it made her less scared of the whole experience. I felt very comfortable the whole time and trust the doctoru2019s diagnosis. Will definitely go back when needed.

Pretty bad experience from the start. The receptionist rolled her eyes at me and had such a rude tone from the moment we walked in because we were the last appointment before closing early for memorial day. We were 10 min late and I offered to take our daughter to another urgent care 5 minutes away if they werenu2019t able to see her because we were late but we wanted to at least TRY to make it.nnShe was still super rude but took us in so that part was fine.nnThe nurse who saw her was very sweet and then the doctor rushed everything from the moment we saw her. Our daughter had red dots around her feminine parts and she immediately said it was Hand Foot Mouth and to expect the worst overnight. She also told us we wouldnu2019t catch it (even though we know itu2019s contagious). I teared up because our baby is 10 months and she told me u201cWhy are you crying? youu2019re fineu201d in a rude tone.nnShe also never checked her butt which had a fully red rash (different from the front dots) and I had to show her myself because that one looked different and she didnu2019t even bother to look at her back end. She said u201coh thatu2019s a yeast infectionu201d so I had to ask for a cream.nnWe got a second opinion because the diagnosis felt rushed and she had no accompanying symptoms like fever, loose stool, etc - the second opinion CONFIRMED it was a yeast infection and NOT hand foot mouth AT ALL.nnWe booked an appointment a week later to have our primary pediatrician check her out (and our babyu2019s rash was better) and she also confirmed it was yeast and NOT hand food mouth. She even said u201cDid they do a swab? Why did they diagnose thatu201dnnAnyways, horrible experience because the receptionist was so blatantly rude (even after offering to go to a different place because we were 10 min late), misdiagnosis from a doctor who was very rushed, and two other doctors confirmed this oneu2019s diagnosis was so wrong.nnWouldnu2019t recommend this place and fortunately thereu2019s another pediatric urgent care close by that I will make sure to go to next time if I need an appt on a holiday.

Was very surprised at the level of service !!!! The doctor was very attentive and smart. My son was improperly diagnosed and his condition was not improving. Decided to try this urgent care on a Sunday. To my surprise was able to get a same day appointment. Prompt service without wait. Front desk lady was very thoughtful and supportive. The nurse was great and the lady doctor was literally the best ever !!! She right away saw that my son was miss diagnosed at the hospital and treated him promptly !nEven gave me a bag of goodies for him to take home !!! I will always come here from now on and definitely recommend this place to all parents !

I recently had to take my son because of an infection. We saw Dr Sonoiki. She was amazing. She was thoughtful and thorough when examining him and had a detailed conversation of his condition while providing knowledge about treatment and care to me. We will definitely be using their services when the situation arises.

I can't say enough good things. Dr Sonoiki was able to see both my son for eczema and my daughter for a sore throat. She was attentive and took her time with both of my kids. You can tell she is great at her job and I left feeling so relived. I cant say enough good things, especially when my sons skin was practically healed within 48 hours, and my daughter was doing great within a day. The nurse was also very sweet and great with kids. I would absolutely recommend Healthy Minors to everyone.
