Needed to establish care with a cardiologist since relocating to Florida so have recently become a patient. The staff is polite, however, in terms of running on time; they are consistently playing catch up. Both appointments Iu2019ve had here, Iu2019ve waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Punctuality and an efficient schedule is valuable to me, as I schedule my personal appointments in between clients of my own. I understand a one off day, as things donu2019t always go as planned, but unfortunately all my experiences have included me waiting an extremely inconvenient amount of time.

Unfortunately, the office staff has not demonstrated competence in handling important information. I called three times and also followed up in person to ensure they had the records from my BayCare ER visit ahead of my cardiology follow-up. Despite these efforts, we arrived for the appointment only to find that they still didnu2019t have the necessary records. This lack of preparation is extremely inconsiderateu2014especially when Iu2019m trying to get answers during an already stressful time. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and attention to detail. Will be requesting whatever records I get from here to seek care elsewhere.

My husband needed a cardiac work up as he was experiencing symptoms and had been seen at the ER.nDr. Marmagkiolos was both efficient and very reassuring with the New Patient exam and the recommended testing that was needed to properly diagnose his cardiac issue. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable in helping us coordinate the various procedures. We are self pay and the fees are more than fair for the great care that he received.

Responding to a phone message, Dr. Caballero requested my husband to go to the hospital ER. Thank goodness for his wonderful nurse, Josie, who called a second time just to make sure he did go & was firm with my husband when she found out he hadnu2019t. I truly believe he is alive today because of her second phone call!
